Cyryl Polaczek (b. 1989, Zielona G\u00f3ra) is a visual artist and painter whose practice also extends to object-based works. Together with Karolina Jab\u0142o\u0144ska and Tomasz Kr\u0119cicki, he co-founded Galeria Potencja, an artist-run space in Krak\u00f3w.<\/p>\n
He studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gda\u0144sk (2008\u20132010), the Academy of Fine Arts in Krak\u00f3w (2010\u20132014), and the Universit\u00e4t der K\u00fcnste in Berlin (2013). He completed his diploma in the studio of Professor Andrzej Bednarczyk. In 2012, he was awarded the Grand Prize in the 11th edition of the Hestia Artistic Journey competition.<\/p>\n
Polaczek lives and works in Krak\u00f3w.<\/p>\n
