Tomasz Mr\u00f3z, born in 1979, is an artist who creates surreal and grotesque sculptures, installations, and video works. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Pozna\u0144. He co-founded the artist’s collective Penerstwo together with Wojciech B\u0105kowski and Iza Tarasewicz among others. His art blends dark humor with disturbing imagery, featuring mutated figures and exaggerated forms that embrace the ugly and malformed. Drawing from pop culture and mythology, he constructs a bizarre, dreamlike dystopian world that feels both unsettling and strangely familiar.<\/p>\n
He lives and works in Warsaw.<\/p>\n
