Jan Dziaczkowski
Jan Dziaczkowski was born in 1983. He was a painter, photographer, illustrator and collagist. In 2007 he graduated from the Department of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He graduated from the workshop of Krzysztof Wachowiak. Between 2004 and 2007 he co-founded an informal group called Nuku Workshop. In 2007 his debut album Collages was released by the Ha!art Corporation. His illustrations have been featured in the popular Polish press. Jan Dziaczkowski died in September 2011, while hiking in the Tatra Mountains.
